By downloading, accessing, or using the DIU Question Bank mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Educational Community License & User Content
Our platform allows students to upload, access, and discuss academic questions, solutions, and notes:
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any original study materials and comments you submit.
- Community License: By contributing study materials or comments, you grant DIU Question Bank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, index, and distribute the content solely for educational purposes within the student community.
- Accuracy: Content is contributed by peers. While our community and moderators endeavor to keep archives accurate, materials are provided for reference without warranty.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure a constructive and safe learning environment, all users must adhere to the following rules:
- Do not upload copyrighted textbooks, paid course materials, or confidential examination leaks.
- Do not post offensive, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or promotional spam in comments or discussion threads.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the app's gamification points or backend APIs.
UGC Safety & Moderation
In accordance with Google Play developer guidelines, users can report inappropriate comments or block disruptive users at any time. Violations will result in content removal and account suspension.
4. Independent Academic Initiative Disclaimer
DIU Question Bank is an independent academic initiative created by FourDevs for the benefit of students. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Daffodil International University (DIU). All university trademarks, course codes, and department names belong to their respective holders.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, post prohibited content, or attempt to compromise platform security.
